The Riverfront Park Skyride was the only ride that was permanent after Expo 74.
The original light blue fiberglass gondolas, were in operation after the fair was over (some had plexiglass windows, some didn't).

The gondola cars were replaced with more roomier interiors and bigger windows. Like the original cars, they are secured to the cable line and stop to load other passengers making this a 15-20 minute ride.
As the vehicle stops, you are given plenty of time to take photos of the scenic waterfalls while suspended a 200 feet in the air.
This ride is open year round and can accomodate groups with reservations:
