Pat DeFeo and Dr. Mark L Witten have worked on flight path research for 15 years. Dr. Witten has written a book called Jet Fuel Toxicology, covering the effects of jet fuel.

This page addresses the concerns of living in the flight path of a major internnational airport.
While the focus is covered in major airports within the United States, this concern is global as increaeses in population and the transport of goods is necessary.
These health concerns are being addressed in Great Britain and Europe as well.
The particulates that exist from commercial and military aircraft are a concern as they are above us as 25 harmful elements are released from the exterior of the aircraft as well as the emissions from the jet fuel.
In no way does this information believe in eliminating air travel and it's production, but is intended to act
as a forum to address the health concerns that have been whitewashed in the past that is no longer happening today.
Living, working, and going to school in these areas is necessary and can happen in a safe way. Many of us that were attending school in the Highline School District (the school district surrounding Sea Tac International Airport) have seen this transformation during the 1980's.
If you live, work, or go to school in an airport flight path
Some of you might have noticed strange particles on your arms and your scalp when you were getting back from recess (especially if you went to Parkside Elementary in Des Moines, Washington) and wondered what they were.
Perhaps it was cold outside and wondered what all the black stuff was that on your jacket when you are in area with planes flying above.
Many have not had a problem living in the flight path (from birth to adulthood). There are many that have the genetics that can occupy the area (especially if cancer isn't in your genetics).
If you are having health problems (mentioned in this series) relocation will help (especially if you are taking medications).
These health concerns have been shown to cause more challenges (when living in the area from birth to devleopment). Relocating to the area as an adult, may not impact you at all.
Relocating from the area (if you were a child) can improve and even eliminate many of these health concerns.
Testing for these elements requires a great deal of testing that is very costly, that Flight Pattern Kids has paid for (out of their own pocket). This data has been used to represent many that have been inpacted by health concerns within the flight path of Sea Tac (it isn't the only airport service area that is being tested).
With the support of the social media resources (setup by Flight Pattern Kids) many who lived in the flight path have received the support they need.
When high school reunions happen, within the Highline School District, questions were addressed on how many passed away as early as 20 years.
Many graduating classes have seen up to 1/3 of the class deceased within 30-40 years while surviors have experienced many of the health problems covered in this series.
