About the website
Timbabcock.net was started in August of 2002 as a resource to learn website development while producing digital media content in photo and video formats starting with a video that demonstrated the Scad Dive, a thrill ride that was featured at The Washington State Fair that became the first video posted on the You Tube channel that was recently started as a service.
The site has been divided into other sections (in the past) for projects when volunteering for Christian Faith Center (Seattle) and recording of special events.
In 2009, after relocating to Oregon, the website was modified adding sections for media project produced for Calvary Chapel of Albany, Linn-Benton Community College for the student operated coffee shop, Oregon State University providing class notes.
In 2012, the website was renovated covering community classes covering the use of mobile devices and sevices featuring sections for every class taught for Albany Parks and Recreation.

Since 1984, 100's have been trained in Western Washington and the Willamette Valley in software applications from Xenix, DOS, Macs, Windows, and Androids since 1984.
Today, these features continue covering the concerns of security going over things that aren't covered on a 30 second television commercial that in many case have been misleading.
While this site does operate on a part time basis, as commercials are produced and broadcasted, pages are added to cover the concerns that reflect the "buyer beware" message.
This site focuses on current technology that are low cost and low power to provide safety and security for your mobile devices while addressing the concerns that the smart phone you are paying for should never be the only computer in your home or business.
This site also covers the concerns of wi-fi technology that many should be careful when using in technology corridors that make up the Puget Sound area and the Willamette Valley and why it is better to keep the devices wired when necessary.
