Located off of Sanitam Pass, is Clear Lake.

This lake is the start of the McKenzie River and provides various recreational activities year round.

The resort provides cabin and yurt rentals, boat rentals, food, and gifts.

This was busy when were here (the weekend after Labor Day).

These photos were taken around the lodge and the trail (that goes around the whole lake).

It can be a tough trail to walk at times as there are old lava beds and narrow trails.

Some mountain bikes do use the trail.

Paddleboarding is popular on the lake as non motorized boats aren't allowed.

The burgers are good in the lodge serving fresh food.

It does require a $9.00 day pass to park.

There are additional requirements when using the lake for any boating activities.

The lake is clear and you can see the bottom of it.

The colors of the lake are unique to see.
